Ended up not liking the car I went in for originally, but another one quickly caught my eye. They managed to get me approved for the vehicle even though it was a little more expensive. J.R. was there with great customer service the entire time. He responded to phone calls, texts, and went the full nine yards. Even after, I noticed one of the speakers had a buzzing sound. They offered to replace it and didn't forget about me once the deal was done.

A year later and I still brag about what a great deal I got. Ramil even set me up with an insurance broker who saved me at least a thousand bucks. They certainly earned their high rating.

RECENTLY MY HUSBAND AND I FILED OUR 2ND BANKRUPTCY AND DID NOT THINK IT WAS POSSIBLE TO OBTAIN AN AUTO LOAN WHILE IN A CHAPTER 13 -OPEN BK. STAN OVER AT AUTO CITY WORKED WONDERS HE WALKED US THROUGH EVERY STEP OF THE PROCESS AND GOT US APPROVED AND THE ROAD TO REBUILDING CREDIT. LESS THAN 1K DOWN AND A NICE CAR LOW MILEAGE UNLIKE OTHER PLACES THAT TAKE ADVANTAGE AND TRY TO GIVE YOU BEAT UP OLD CARS . I WOULD RECOMMEND AUTO CITY TO ANYONE GOOD CARS AND THEY THEY KNOW HOW TO GET YOU APPROVED. THANK YOU AUTO CITY ESPECIALLY STAN

This is my second car in auto city. Great customer service, no pressure to buy a car. They allow you to drive the car without them supervising you, you can even take the cars to the freeway. They give you your space to take your time, If you need to speak in private, they are not chasing you or trying to persuading you to buy something. If you like something, they give you all the details, and if your change your mind, they understand that. I bough a GLK 2010 and Kia Soul 2016, and both are great cars, I bough the first one 5 months ago and not issues at all. I found an air hose tear down, and they changed with not extra cost. They also offer insurance for your cars for transmissions, engines, or bumper to bumper. They are so confident about their car that all cars have 6,000 or 6 months of guaranteed. You can not beat that.
