I had the best experience I've had in a while at Toys R Us. The staff was better than I remembered. Their supply of toys I was looking for was plentiful! I really mean that. I was quite encouraged to have gone to store twice in two weeks still being able to choose from a great selection of what I was looking for just DAYS before Christmas. Thank you Toys R Us staff!

Ordered an item online. Said its available online and will be ready to pick up in an hour. Total lie. Received an email immediately upon ordering. Couple hours later I get an email saying its not available. I have nothing good to say about this store. Way overpriced, crappy customer service. Ended up ordering on amazon, one day delivery at your doorstep.

When I pay $10.00 for online expedite shipping I expect to get my order the days listed (Nov. 27). Trying to figure out why my  confirmation email  says delivery date is expected Dec 4th. I didn't pay the smaller shipping fee for  a longer delivery. If toys r us can't be sure of exact delivery than these shipping amounts should not be charged. I expect the difference of my shipping fee if item not received what I paid for. It's the principle. Overall the service is really bad going to the store.  Staff telling me different prices, cashiers don't know anything when you ask questions and they always bring out something you didn't pay for when you go for pick up. I purchased a 20 'orange and black boys bike and they bring out a bike with training wheels. WTH!!!!

Wait in line was long. I was the 2nd person in line, it took over 10 minutes for the customer to set up a new credit card with the cashier.  New accounts should be handled at the Customer Service Desk, especially during the holiday.  There were 6 customers behind me all waiting to make their purchase.  Company needs to reevaluate opening new accounts with cashier.  Customers are not happy waiting in line that long.

Staffing is slim most of the time and it is very hard to get help, let alone quality help.
