Very difficult to get in contact with. I had heard good things but considering I've been trying all afternoon to get in contact with them and have gotten absolutely no response is quite disturbing. I have a time believing that any business this small has any sort of justification for this unprofessional irresponsibility to their customers.

Was looking for a used Subaru. Found them online. Parking on the street. Very helpful staff. Mechanics very knowledgeable & prompt! Answered all my questions. Moving soon to a larger facility. 5 stars for products & customer service.

I actually like the staff at TNT, knowledgable but not pushy.  They will call you a few days after a test drive to see how your car search is going, but thats how they make a living and they weren't annoying about it.
