We recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and then had some after-market accessories installed. On the sales side all of the people we dealt with were informative in answering our questions and providing information on a range of options without us feeling pressured or manipulated; very refreshing. On both the service and parts side, all of the people we dealt with were knowledgeable, friendly and really seemed to care about doing things right. Easy to see why this dealer won the local 2017 dealer of the year award.

I bought a Traverse from these guys almost a month ago now. Just a couple days after purchase my oil pressure sending unit went out, they had me come in right away and they fixed it for me at no charge. Many different associates apologized several times and seemed very sincere. They told me it shouldn't have gone out to me like that. I love them and when we get my husband's truck, we will definitely be going to them.

After a rough start at the beginning with the Service Department-I was ready to take my business elsewhere BUT before I did so I was put in touch with the Service Manager-Brian Pollatta. I am so thankful now that I did-He went way above and beyond to make things right. He set me up with an OUTSTANDING Service Advisor by the name of Chelsea. I will not be taking my car anywhere BUT Findlay Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Post Falls, Service Department!! Thank you both for Outstanding Customer Service!!

We purchased a used GMC SUV about 3 months ago. As far as the buying experience, it was great. They are friendly and helpful. As for the vehicle we purchased, it has issues that are only just now popping up. It has a Rear Entertainment System that has not worked since day one. We took it in and they weren't able to find the issue. They got us an appointment at a local GMC dealership and DID pay to have the diagnostic ran. Which was great, however, they denied the repair, it has to have a whole new radio. Unfortunately the repair doesn't only pertain to the DVD system. Turns out, the radio is running power to the rear dvd screens, even while the vehicle is off. Now that it is getting colder, the vehicle won't even start in the morning. Battery and alternator have been tested and passed. It has cracked tail lights, but we were willing to look passed that and take care of that $500 repair ourselves. We just spent $900 on new tires (it needed them) and now we are looking at another $700+ repair just to be able to drive the damn thing. Pretty disappointing.

Great place to buy a car or truck, everyone was very nice and kind.. I am so very happy with my car..Thank you for the fun girls night out, And when I get my oil change, coffee and cookies are a nice treat..Thank you..You guys do the coolest things..See you soon..
