Napa Auto has won me over!! I went to the Grand re-opening here in Post Falls!! Giant crowds and yet the lines moved with efficiency. The whole crew was helpful and cheerful even with me coming towards the end of the day!! The manager Benjamin probably won't be there long because Corporate will see his talent and move him up! Accolades to the marketing team for the new customer friendly environment. So many of the competitors clutter up the Isles with product stacked to high. These folks got it right!!

Every part of my interaction was met with excellent customer service. My multiple phone call questions were all knowledgeably answered. Marshall, Gary, and Nick did an amazing job talking me through the system I needed to fix my Subaru. I live out of town so it's important I get the right parts the first time and everyone at Napa worked to make my project go smoothly.

As auto parts stores go, this is a good one. Bright, neat and clean. They alway have any and everything I've needed. Staff are always nice too.

Napa in post falls.has the slowest, and possible dumbest service team in the history of service. How do you have 6 people working, and only one person selling parts. You're a parts store, get it together.
