In the many bike shops in different states I've been to, this Trek Bicycle store is one of the best bike to which I've ever been.  Bikes and other merchandise set up is great and the variety of the options is fantastic - I was definitely provided with what I needed.    And the staff (Jim, Andy and Zach) are professional yet super friendly! And they know their stuff about bikes! Was able to get my bike fitted amazingly (had a fitting at another shop that wasn't right but at this shop, they measured and made the changes so now biking is better for me physically as well as more enjoyable).  This was all done at an extremely reasonable price as well as an pleasant experience. I'll definitely come back here in the future!

Outstanding customer service! The manager and entire staff are sincere people and go above and beyond and make you feel like you are truly a valued customer. It's clear that their focus is "Customer First" and want to help you get on the bike you want, not a bike they need to sell. Kudos all around to a fantastic store and staff.

I experienced poor customer service here.   Went in and received really vague one word answers from an employee to what I thought were substantial questions.  I suppose i didn't look like a typical rider to them.  Their loss, another bike store got my money.

Located in the center of the down town! Great collection of bikes and accessories. Friendly staff and great customer service. I couldn't get the bike model I wanted but overall I will certainly return for any future needs.

Purchased Trek bikes for both myself and my son. We're really enjoying the bikes. The new store in downtown Redmond is an excellent addition with a very friendly and helpful staff.
