I ordered from this place with my coworkers for lunch. My coworkers food came and mine did not. When I called the place an extremely rude man insisted that they brought my food. I told him if I had my food I would be eating, not talking to him on the phone. I was told that my card would be refunded, but that was a lie. I never received any money back. I just gave them $10.00 for nothing. I will never support this business again.

I had the worst service here. The food is very good but my wait for the waitress took longer than it took me to eat the food. I waited over 20 mins just to get my check or to order my dessert. My waitress was rude and was on her phone in the back while we were sitting there waiting. I have had one good experience here and one very bad experience. The only reason I would come back is for the delicious food, despite the terrible service.

Tripping through time and the history of Winston Salem. Good food,  and a stellar wait staff.  Only the best for where I take my family, and I trust mayberry.

Worst experience I've ever had eating out. The server Trinity was extremely rude and basically ignored our table. Took 20 minutes after we finished eating to get her to come to our table to order dessert and she only came because the manager caught her on her phone. Took another 10 minutes to get our check. If I had never been here before I would never return. I certainly will ask to never have her.

I LOVE Mayberry! I grew up in Winston Salem and it will always be very special to me. Getting a bit pricey....Had a $10 chili cheeseburger and fries....but it was heavenly...Looking forward to the next time already!
