Stayed two nights last weekend. Room was spacious and nicely appointed. Bed was very comfortable. However, we were quite dissatisfied: Our room was not picked up, bed not made, and no dry towels were delivered after our first night. We called the Front Desk around 5 PM when we returned to our room. We confirmed that we did not have the "do not disturb" on our door and were told that someone would be up shortly. When we came back from dinner around 8 PM we again called and again were told someone would be up shortly. At 8:50 PM we called again and someone finally brought us dry towels; however, the wet towels were left on the bathroom floor, the trash was not emptied, bed not made! Breakfast was great the first morning; however, second morning they had very little to choose from and basically nothing for someone who has to eat gluten free. The tapas bar is little more than cheap snacks and wine.

Newer hotel in the area (opened late 2016). The rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. The room design is modern yet has a beach theme feel. The rooms off the road have a view on an inlet which is nice. Other features include a pool, conference room, and workout room. The staff were nice enough, but could have been more helpful in terms of offering suggestions for local sites, transportation, etc. Very close to all the historic sites. Shopping is also nearby. There are the standard chain restaurants, but also lots of little local spots to explore and enjoy.

I was there to drop off a catering order. The hotel is beautiful. The location is strange as it has been randomly placed in st Augustine. It's close to downtown (a long walk) but not in a pretty section of town. I can't say anything about the rooms, but the lobby felt cluttered and small.

New hotel in the area. The rooms are larger than a typical hotel room. The rooms are equipped with a microwave, wet bar, refrigerator, room safe, and Keurig coffee maker. The rooms are nice and clean, can still smell that new materials odor, not unpleasant. The receptionist, Karen, was extremely nice and helpful. Around the corner from the chocolate factory, distillery, and winery.

Great hotel in terms of room and cleanliness. Only thing is that at check in i wasn't given much info. Like, you have a breakfast buffet? A lounge? Tapas? Greeted by not so personable guy at front desk. Couldn't tell any of this was available in my walk from front desk to room, so a little heads up would have been useful. Not like it was busy, i was the only one at the front desk and it seemed not too busy my whole stay there.
