This hotel is in the perfect location to enjoy the downtown Spanish quarter of st. Augustine. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Parking is 5 dollars but cheaper than the visitor parking lot across the street. Room was a bit small but clean and price was very reasonable especially for the great location. Will definitely stay there on our next trip.

We visited from Orlando with friends, celebrating a birthday! The location is absolutely perfect, we did not drive the entire stay. Everything is within walking distance which is totally cool! Check-in was quick, easy, and friendly! It is an older Inn, however the room was very clean and up to date with all amenities as expected. Great bed and pillows! The water pressure was too light for my liking and I did encounter a few tiny ants crawling on the countertops and bathroom. But not a huge deal. We loved that we had Direct TV and a nice size flat screen. We will definitely book again!

The rooms are spacious and clean. Front desk personnel were very helpful. The reason why i am giving only 3 stars is the breakfast and seating area. The breakfast is very poor, no much to choose from. There is only 3 tables for the whole hotel. Absolutely unacceptable. You basically has to find a corner to place your plate.

Good clean rooms. Excellent location to all attractions and Visitors Center. We parked the car at the hotel and did not have to use it in three days. Walking distance to all attractions, but if you don't like to walk the local trams work to take you all around Old St. Augustine. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Hotel was convenient to Historic District and it was clean. Parking is extremely tight and if you don't back into your space you're going to have a really difficult time getting out. The room was crowded and that could be helped by removing the table and chairs. There also is no elevator. The breakfast area apparently has been added because it is very subpar to the breakfast areas at other Best Westerns. There were only four small tables in a crowded little room and all the food was jumbled together and not appealing in appearance. In fact we chose to not even eat breakfast there the second day. The lady on the front desk was extremely nice and helpful and we appreciate her.
