Compared to a typical campground, this place is top notch. But compared to other KOA Holidays, this campground is just OK. The staff is incredible. They are super friendly and helpful, they are extra friendly to pets and kids, and they seem like they enjoy being there. There just isn't much to do at this campground compared to other Holidays. They have an ok playground and some games and a pool. They have some planned activities, buy they were all lumped together from 4-7. Luckily it's in a good area, so we were able to head to North Conway for the day. It's the kind of campground that you setup and then go somewhere for the day.

We stayed in the new section on a Deluxe Patio Site. The view was beautiful! All sites and the dog park were super clean. Staff was very nice and helpful even offered suggestions for the local attractions. The new owner Brad took the time to talk to us while he was very busy managing hands on. He is an RVer himself and you can tell he really cares about his customer's experience at the campground. I would highly recommend staying at the Twin Mountain KOA!!!

Clean, well equipped, campground with an extremely friendly staff. Gail, Jim and Brad where so nice and helpful. We stayed at a tent site (55) that was well secluded and a 5 minute walk from bathrooms and dish-washing station. They held an ice cream social on Friday night and the entire camp attended, pretty awesome. Definitely more of a family oriented campground but was still fun with just my fiancé and I. Would return in a heartbeat.

We have been going to this KOA for years, we were unable to make it for the last 2 summer, this summer we spent 5 nights. The campground is always nice and the staff are very friendly. The owners have been making some improvements. The campground is environmentally conscious. Overall we really love going to this KOA and look forward to returning next year! We definitely recommend staying here, they are hiker friendly and family friendly. If I were to knit pick I would love to see a fence around the smaller playground to help keep the toddlers from trying to run to the bigger playscape or in front of the swing or towards the camp road and allow the parents a chance to not be on high alert while they are playing. I would love to see the pool be heated (solar heated) as it is always a bit chilly. The picnic table at our site was in need of some repair which I'm sure they will get to, we threw a table cloth over it and problem was "solved" while we were there. Again the staff and owners are great, they are friendly, and helpful. Can't wait to visit again next year!

Had a great week at Twin Mtn. KOA. Started the week with some friends fishing and checking out the area. Family came part way through and loved it too. Play area, sluice, and barrel train were fan favorites. It is obvious Brad takes a lot of pride in ownership. He makes sure everything is up to par and still ends time with seemingly everyone to chat about whatever. Would recommend and will stay again.
