Very amiable customer service provided by Kate who took multiple calls/inquiries from me before arriving, then checked me in, installed the trailer and got me out the door plus some well suggested packing supplies. Not often I feel compelled to review a location such as U-Haul (rather than a restaurant or attraction), but the service with a smile  made this particular visit stand out amongst the many other U-Haul interactions I've had in the past. To top it all, this location couldn't be more apparent to the passer by, making navigation to and from simply a breeze! Thank you!

Excellent service....phenomenal people work here and on the 800 line....every once in a great while you come across a company that really gets customer service perfect, this u haul location is one of them....thank you Ted and everyone else.  you really won my business forever.

Always great service! Friendly staff, always have had good experience with this facility.  Clean trailers and plenty of moving supplies.
