This last time I rented was the third time since May of this year.  The clerks at the counters are always efficient & organized.  They arrange to have someone pick me up (& take me home) & since I have used them within last 90 days, they get me on my way with minimal delay.  The cars are always clean & comfortable.  I have rented from Enterprise many times over the last 18 years & will continue to do so in the future.  Thank you for providing a needed service in my neighborhood area.

I worked with Justin and Patrick at this location in Port Orchard. They were both very professional, easy to talk to and even tempered. Both made the navigation of the rental process, fees and any issues incurred with the vehicles very manageable. Justin came to pick me up because the actual driver was lost and he didn't want me waiting for too much time. As long as they are working here, I will choose Enterprise over any other company.

Poor customer service. Picked me up in the car I was going to be renting. Tank less than half. Was told to bring back how I received. Traveled to 2 different states .. who inconveniently stops at a gas station to ensure the tank is at 1/4? Oh, you get charged if it's anything less than you brought it but won't get compensated for it. Sad part is I wasn't told about over filling....  I've rented cars for years and never experienced this .. gas station is 2 feet from the dam rental place.. lol Go to Seattle if you want a full tank.  Planned on renting 2 more times in the near future

Oh and the windshield wipers conveniently stopped working on a busy interstate while it was raining... twice

I rent from this place often. I had an issue with a renta, called in and spoke to Justin. He was awesome and fixed my issue immediately and ensured that I was satisfied before the call ended
