Plenty of working equipment. Even on a busy Saturday morning I was not left waiting for a machine. 
I don't use the showers or steam room because they don't seem to get cleaned nearly as often as they should. 
I've had interactions with a few different staff members, all of whom were polite and professional. 
New seating in the sauna is a plus!
Kid care has been renovated. Susan is nice. 
Major frustration: I called to see if I could bring my niece to kid care even though she's not on my account and the front desk assured me it'd be fine to just pay a drop-off rate. Upon signing in though, Susan informed me that this was against policy for safety reasons and I would not be able to drop her off. 

The policy itself I totally understand. 

My issue was with the misunderstanding or lack of training on this matter at the front desk. I rearranged my whole morning to come at that time and spoke to them in advance to avoid any problems. Not being able to workout was a big disappointment. 
This location is not my favorite one but it is the closest. Overall if you're there to work the facilities are good.

Trained with Matt Barry at this gym. He did a great job helping teach me how to do stabilization exercises and I gained better muscle balance. He genuinely cares about the people he trains and it shows. Four stars because the contracts at vasa are tough and they don’t seem to keep their good trainers for very long. In one year I had four different trainers (all who did great work) who left for other jobs.

Sales manager told me my first payment would be in 3 weeks but I was charged in one week. Member services fixed my issue no hassle. All other staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The facility is top notch!

Fantastic experience and very affordable for getting so much variety to work out with. Staff has always been helpful and equipment gets fixed quickly. I traded from planet fitness and like the energy better at this gym. Some deep cleaning could be done in areas that wouldn’t be in a typical janitors routine, but very satisfied with this location.

I don't hate it here. Most gyms can be weird. This one has a fitness feel to it, but because the people who come here are diverse, it feels welcoming to all types. They do a good job of keeping it clean with access to wipes, but people can dirty it up. It is insanely busy, which is why I put it at four stars, even though I can't blame the staff or facility. I go late just to avoid the rush.
The staff is also nice and some of them are awesome which I appreciate since some of the staff has given me attitude at other Vasas. In the morning, some of them can seem tired and dead, it makes me chuckle.
Overall, I like this gym is Utah local and has relatively good prices for a lot of amenities. Be aware of the fees and ask.
