I joined this gym with intentions of "switching up my cardio routine". Nearly two months later I'm 100% hooked. The Boxing Conditioning and Kickboxing Conditioning classes are fast-paced and intense, yet the coaches are extremely helpful and encouraging. If you've never done any type of boxing/kickboxing (which I had not), don't shy away from this. You'll be hooked from day 1. Also, the Daily Ultimate Training classes are a special kind of crazy (in a good way of course).

Great coaches. Great atmosphere. Do yourself a favor and give it a shot.

I joined this gym back in March.   It was the best decision.    The coaches and management are friendly and helpful.   They truly want you to succeed.   I have been a member at some of the larger gyms in town but this place is different.  They have taught me how to sweat again and really push myself.   The classes are intense and fun plus you are learning a new skill at the same time.    I was a bit nervous the first class I attended because I have never done anything like this before.    The coaches put me at ease right away and really helped me through the process.   If you are looking for something a little different from your traditional gym I would check this place out.    Like anything you get what you put into it.   This is place is the best.

I've only just started, and haven't attended any Skills and Techniques classes so I can't speak for thee  quality of instructors in that regard. What I can tell you is that the conditioning is no joke. The instructors are always positive and keep pushing you. And the breaks are short, so you go strong the entire time.

My son is 12 and he was in the kids class and it was full of little kids so he was not able to participate because he was so much bigger than the kids. Then switched to a advanced class that was full of adults and one teenager. I asked when signing up if they had his age group and they stated yes but there was none. Also paid 379 for 3 weeks because i gave a day short of billing notice time. I feel that I got totally cheated out of my money.

Had a great experience at UFC Gym with their free class- even though I have finished the Leadville Trail 100 Bike race (years ago) I don't believe I have ever sweated as much!  Great gym, great people.
