Good place to mail your letters and packages but with limited access like all post offices.

We had a highly anticipated parcel delivered to the wrong address. Either the shipper or post office mislabeled the street, instead of Avenue...The first time I called, a black lady picked up and I began calmly but firmly explaining our situation (not directing personal responsibility on anyone whatsoever) but she interpreted this as me being angry with her personally so she said "I don need dis" and promptly hung up. I called again immediately afterwords and a lady named Karen picked up, I began explaining again and she promptly apologizes for her co-workers poor attitude and refusal to even lift a finger for us at all and promptly begins sorting out this nightmare of a situation for us, after contacting the mailman on the route specified all we can do now is wait but Karen has made this situation as easy as possible for us, she's an outstanding person surrounded by an otherwise crappy environment and workers who just don't care about anything.If I could give a specific worker 5 stars but a location 1 or 1.5 stars I would, but 3 stars will have to do.

The employee's at the front desk today definitely had a huge attitude, I was just trying to get more information and hopefully pick up a package I requested to be held. Didn't think costumer service was that hard, I mean I do it everyday at my job. The only helpful nice one was the supervisor!

I wish I could avoid this place, but unfortunately some of my packages go there, so I have no choice. Unprofessional staff (talking between each other while dealing with customers, eating while working, etc) and limited products.

Constantly packages are out for delivery bit don't show up until the next day. If it is out for delivery on a Friday and my mail came then no reason my package shouldn't be here. Anything they put on my sun porch I've literally witnessed afew just throw it in through the door and close it and it's like thanks, I enjoy receiving broken items. Staff here can be oh so damn rude. There is one who is always nice but I haven't seen him in awhile. If I could give them a zero I would. Not to mention I've written a complaint and never did they follow up or take action
