I would have given them Zero stars (but I would not be able to post this) I had a few Items shipped 2 day and they said in the posting "Business Closed @ 4pm  This PLACE NEVER CLOSES !!   I think it was more like they did not want to walk the the distance to the FRONT DOOR or they NEVER left 5995 N Teutonia with the items they said they left a note AND NOTHING AS SUCH WAS FOUND HERE. the tracking Email said  delivery will be attempted on the next business day  I guess that I will see IF THAT HAPPENS I PAID EXTRA FOR 2 DAY SHIPMENT  AND THERE ARE MORE ITEMS COMING !! THE SERVICE FROM 53209 SUCKS THEY NEED TO FIND SOMEONE WHO WILL DO THE JOB RIGHT !! and not be like NEWMAN on Seinfeld  HOLDING the mail and NOT DELIVERING OR HOLDING THE MAIL.. i HAVE HAD THINGS SHIPPED HERE BY FED-EX or UPS SHOW ON TIME, but when something gets to the 53209 Post Office IT MUST GET ON AN OLD GREY MULE.  and Because of the BAD SERVICE I was not able to give someone their birthday present on their birthday and now I will have to PAY EXTRA TO TO ANOTHER CARRIER TO GET THAT ITEM TO THEM !

Tired of not getting my mail on weekends because they skip the route I am going to report this as far as I can because no one at the post office is helpful either.  It needs to be shut down or restaffed

I went in to pick up my package the lady asked me for my address i said "do u want the tracking number instead "? she said no just give me the address then she goes to the back then came back saying she couldn't find my package using the address and asked for the tracking number which i jus tried to give to her then told me to step to the side because someone else would go look i waited 15 minutes for someone to come from the back then another 15 waiting on them to find my package this place is just ugh 😑 it pissed me off how long i had to wait just for these ppl to find my package i'm not arranging for a pick up at this location ever again

The people at were very helpful on the 5th, and the supervisor went beyond helpful to find   package and explain why it was still at the post office.

Terrible delivery. Ex-boyfriend mail still comes to my house, he has been an Ex since 2009. My husband wants to no why is his mail coming to our house. I've complained in person, & on the phone. There's also my cousin mail that comes to my house, which died in 2012(help me to let her rest in peace), if you all have any respect, PLEASE? Is there anybody there that delivers mail to Only the people that lives at my house
