Everyone that works here that I've met had a absolutely GREAT PERSONALITY, and talk to me as if we've been friends for years. There's only 1 Lady who works Up Front at the Customer Service Counter, that is way too picky and serious. She will never laugh. Our Apartment Building gets Prestamped Envelopes from our Landlord to pay Rent, and if the Date on the Stamped Envelope isn't the same exact day. This Lady makes me Pay for a Stamp to put on this envelope, and I'm Permanently Disabled and it's not like I can afford to buy a Stamp for a PreStamped Envelope!!! This Lady, I think, has some kind of MENTAL PROBLEM WITH BEING FRIENDLY TO THE PUBLIC, because I will tell a Joke, and everyone in the Post Office will laugh except for this 1 Lady. I don't know what her Name is, but I'm thinking that it's ,"FLORENCE." Besides dealing with her, this Post Office is 5+ STARS , and I recommend it to anyone that asks me. There's 1 Man, who will go way out of his way to make sure that you're happy, or you have gotten exactly what you went there for. I'm 95% Positive that this A+ EMPLOYEE'S NAME IS ,"JAMES!!" It's Employees like JAMES that makes any Company GREAT, and this Post Office should be TOTALLY GRATEFUL THAT THEY HAVE ,"JAMES", WORKING FOR THEIR COMPANY!!! Employees like this make people like going into the Post Office, and it's AWESOME WHEN YOU WALK INTO THE POST OFFICE, and SOMEONE SAYS HI _ _ _ _ , because he will remember your Name. THANK YOU JAMES FOR ALL YOUR YEARS OF THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT SOMEONE COULD ASK FOR!!!! So people know. I never knew ,"JAMES", before I started going to this Post Office!!!

Yesterday the mail was delivered in a stack to the wrong address. There is never a stable mail carrier delivering mail and at a decent time. Packages can come and you'll never know if you do not track it. You can go to the post office and they'll ask you for the little tannish coral colored form, but the mail carrier will not place it in your mailbox until days later. I called the 800 number and have been on hold for 30 minutes. This is a bit too much going on to make a complaint. Please get it together Post Office 53218.

I placed an order for delivery from Kohls. UPS did an excellent job getting the package to Hampton Post Office by 6/17/2017. I have yet to receive it. It must have been misdelivered (which a VERY common occurrence from this Post Office) and when it was picked up by the carrier the next day, it was merely returned to sender. I regret ever allowing the post office to be involved. I currently have 2 letters on my desk that were delivered to me in error. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE CARRIERS??! I delivered mail for the USPS for 21 years and I NEVER in the span of 21 years screwed up deliveries as often as my current carrier screws up in one week. What ever happened to customer service and quality job performance??

The only reason I gave this review 2 stars is because the 1 woman who always takes care of me when I go pick up my packages is actually nice and helpful. Otherwise, the 1 star would be because my delivery person does not even bring my mail packages to my house on Saturdays. They fill out the salmon (sorry we missed you) notes at the post office before they even check to see if anyone is home. Very poor customer service. I have a note on my door saying "please do not leave any packages on this porch" but, packages get left anyway. And yes, I have had a few of them stolen. This location needs to shut down or re-train their employees.
