This is a pretty horrible post office and I wish they would have someone investigate how this place is run. I called 4 times and the fourth time sounded like someone picked up and put me on the counter without even asking me to hold or anything. I would appreciate better customer service or quit if you don't want to be in the customer service industry.

The service is horrible! They lose things (certified letter) provide bad information and play passive aggressive games when trying to get resolution. Although privatization of the mail service is not all that attractive, if should definitely be a consideration. So just to update. After visiting this location AGAIN got more terrible service, this time from the supervisor. Has no answer or solution to address bad information received from staff, loss on a certified letter, not answering the phone.....on and on. His response is you'll need to be home when they decide to deliver or once again drive the 10 mile trip to come back and hope it is there. Done with this horrible place we as tax payers must support.

My mail is typically delivered between 9am-907am every single morning. However, today I am awaiting a package and there is no mail delivered at all. Not only that, but when I try to call there is a busy signal and has been for the past 3 hrs. Its 1pm and my mail still says "in transit" and its scheduled to be delivered today. I believe they must have the phone off the hook on purpose. So they dont have to deal with the people calling questioning why they arent properly doing their jobs....

For some reason my box was mistaken to be closed and now my mail is in limbo. 1 witch is a check and i have to wait 2 weeks to get another. They claiming its nothing they can do witch caused this.
