Some of the counter clerks are rude and nasty, especially the very old tall guy. Registered Mail is taking one to two weeks to get from this post office to any out-of-state address. But for a zero-accountability government agency, this snail service is the best that I can hope for. There are often a dozen or more customers in line for the counter service with but just one clerk to serve them. The parking lot is nasty; it takes forever to get into it from southbound Bustleton Avenue, and even longer to exit it. But again, you have to set your criteria very low when evaluating any government agency. Unlike the private sector, the government has no  standards because they do not have to answer to anyone. The self-service kiosk is a great deal because I can send packages or buy stamps 24/7, otherwise I would have given one star.

I also work in the transportation business dealing with commodities and freight,  but not with the public for a major air carrier. I give these people credit working at the USPS location. It was very busy at 9:50 a.m. on a weekday but the line which was rather lengthy was moving o.k. I had a pretty large item to ship and just wanted a idea of how much it would cost. The employee Thier( didn't get his name was very friendly). $37.34.....That's the price I got. Left....went up Bucks County....did some odds and ends up Thier......and needed room in my vehicle....so went to USPS in Warrington. Same package, same day, and the lady Thier told me $108.00....only 5 hours difference in same day...but different location. She wouldn't budge, didn't want to listen to me...just said.....I'm not sure. Went back to Philly. $37.34! Will is at the counter!!!! Great customer service!!!!! Just a nice all around guy. Terri is another employee Thier...   Very curtious, kind, outgoing and helpful. Even the MGR. Was busy....helping, asking if anyone needed assistance. Great USPS ! Thanks for all the help!

Sold something via eBay and the package never got scanned on arrival. I waited over a week and still no update. Called and spoke to a Kevin. He was rude, lied to me about getting the tracking confirmed. Then followed by lying about a supervisor being on shift. Only person there that was able to help, was fair and polite was a woman named Liz. Kevin needs to be fired and the delivery person whom covered said route needs to be retrained.
