DONT GO TO THIS POST OFFICE TO MAIL OFF CHRISTMAS CARDS , I DID ON DECEMBER 10th 2017 ...AND EVERY CARD I MAILED HAD BEEN OPENED AND MY GRANDCHILDRENS MONEY WAS TAKEN OUT OF THEM , THEY RIPPED THEM FROM THE BOTTOM OR SIDES TOOK THE MONEY THEN TAPPED THEM AND SENT THEM OUT ....VERY UPSET BY THIS , I THOUGHT THE POSTAL SERVICE WAS HONEST And TRUSTWORTHY....NOW IM OUT A LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY AND MY SEVEN GRANDKIDS ARE WITHOUT.....VERY DISAPPOINTED

Even when this place has a super long wait in line the staff is still has a smile on their faces. They are all really knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make sure that you get the best price option for what you are sending. They have a nice selection of greeting cards and shipping materials.

Each time I've used this location the employees have been courteous and helpful. One lady came in on her day off the weekend before Christmas and stayed to help customers get packages labeled and shipped quickly. Now you don't see that every day.

Update: 9/1/2016 Now I have all new reasons to hate this post office. 1. A few months ago I returned a package using their automated machine. It never arrived at the destination. The machine did not give me a receipt. So I am out $$$. 2. Today, a package I ordered from Amazon, (after signing up for Amazon Prime to get it quickly) was listed as being delivered to my PO Box. Shortly after, it was picked up, but not by me!!!!! So they have delivered something I needed desperately and quickly for medical reasons, to the wrong person! I tried to call, but as others have mentioned, they keep their phone either off the hook, or don't answer. I am unable to go there in person, (for aforementioned medical reasons) so I am pretty much screwed again, in a whole new way. Previous complaints: Unbelievably bad service! I am constantly having problems with them: 1. packages arriving to the station, tracking says they are ready for pickup, then they get sent back out, and travel the country for 1-2 weeks before returning. 2.Packages that are supposedly put in a locker, are not. I arrive to simply pick something up and have to stand in line then have them find it. 3. Other people's mail in my PO Box. How much of mine is never delivered to me?? 4. The lines are long, the parking is horrible and I am too disabled to walk from the far reaches of the lot or stand in their line. They need to put parking spaces in the mailbox drive through lanes, and move the boxes elsewhere. They need to line the room with chairs, and use the number system, instead of making people stand and wait 45 minutes. They need to hire extra tellers to help out the 2 who cant keep up with all the customers.

I concur with other patrons. It's bad. I walked in at 9:30 am and a guy was sitting in an office chair next to the PO Boxes sleeping. I am not quite sure what that is about. The older lady who checked me out did not know anything when I asked questions, and she was annoyed that I was asking. All I needed was an extra stamp to put on a regular envelope that had a little extra stuffing, and she decided I had to pay over a dollar for it. She couldn't tell me how much tracking was, etc. Also... she was very impatient and rude. I didn't want to use my debit card, but it ended up I had to. There is a sign that says customers are supposed to wait behind it, and some creepy guy decided he was too important to stand where he was supposed to, and was breathing down my neck while I was checking out. I could barely turn around to get out of there. She as a worker there should have had respect for me and told him to stand behind the sign.
