This postal office isn’t even worthy of half a star, but alas, google won’t let you give less than one. Had been tracking a package that contains almost ALL of my children’s christmas gifts. The post office scanned the package (that totals about $125) as having been delivered yesterday; left on my porch. Package wasn’t there, so I tried to call post office. They are CONSTANTLY having busy signals on their phones (I’m sure they take them off the hook) and had over 2 hour wait time for their 800 number. As I am an adult with a full time job (like MOST humans), I couldn’t wait on hold for two hours. Gave up with the post office, decided to call amazon. Amazon somehow got the USPS on the line within 3 minutes, at which point I was informed the carrier marked the package as delivered, even though they had NEVER TAKEN IT FROM DISTRIBUTION CENTER. I can’t tell you how frustrating this is. I spoke with the USPS rep via the amazon customer service, and set it up so that I could pick up the package from distribution center, and they informed me there’s a chance it could be delivered today, but no guarantees. Since they’ve marked it as delivered, I can no longer track the package, meaning I’m simply gambling that the inept and completely incompetent a** wipes at this distribution center don’t bungle it and cause it to be stolen off my porch. WHAT DO MY TAX DOLLARS PAY FOR IF NOT EFFECIENT MAIL CARRIER SERVICE?!???

No customer service, stood in li e for over 20 minutes(and still standing here....) smells like B.O.. just save your time go to a different location unless you have a bunch of time to waste standing around. But the staff seem friendly once you can get to one...

Very poor service!
Package returned as refused (reported by tracking number) by postal carrier when in reality they never brought it to our home. This is a Christmas present that will be returned because of an inept/dishonest carrier.

I called this distribution center because a package that was marked as delivered was not at my door like it stated. I spoke to a guy named Jason who was super friendly and helpful. He located my package by GPS and resolved the issue in minutes. I'm impressed by the exceptional customer support. Thank you, Jason!

My mail goes through here I guess? Even though I live on the other side of town and there is a post office less than a mile from my home. There are two post offices closer, so this makes no sense.  I call their main number and get fax machine sounds in my headset such a headache.  There is no access to this location via public transport, the nearest functioning stop is a quarter of a mile away and I am disabled.  I had to beg them to please bring me my stuff because it is so remote and there is no way to get there unless you own a car or pay 25 bucks for a taxi. Still don't have my stuff.
