So this post office was good at one point in time before I moved to a new house. Now that I moved to a new house my mail has been going to my next door neighbors house every damn time I order something. How hard is it to read the address and take that package to the address on the label? I am so tired of this and so is my neighbor. When will this end and when will I start getting my packages?

I wish I had good news. Since we moved to OC we’ve had a few bumps with the USPS service. Issues like;cramming packages into the mailbox until the contents break, to not forwarding our new address after being notified, to not retiring our PO box when asked. And delivering mail to our mailbox after suspending service due to mail theft- into a vandalized mailbox no less. Just recently I received a payment addressed to a business at different street name. I was concerned for both parties- so I dropped it in the mail- 2 weeks later it arrived to my house again! I’d say the staff in general are friendly, but lack attention to details, like numbers and street names. I wonder if the staff has a protocol for getting messages to each other? Which is imperative to a high functioning mail service.

All these bad reviews are a little much. You can tell these guys have a lot of work on their plates. Every time I've gone in the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. We have had minor mix ups before, but you know the problem gets resolved

Never here when supposed to be show's up a lot after 7pm maybe they should get more help delivering the mail.

Weekends it's closed and only open till 5pm during the week. That's very inconvenient.
