Head in here at least once a week with mailing for my business. Never had a problem. Staff is friendly and helpful. Most of these reviews are how Mail is delivered, some are angry it’s not left at their door, some are angry it is, some are complaining about the lines (print your postage online or at the kiosk). I am constantly mailing my product, sometimes in giant boxes sometimes 30 smalls at a time and the workers here never act annoyed with me or discourteous. I think it might be because I treat them like they’re humans, just a thought.

Terrible office; some mail delivery people are excellent. Others don't believe it is their job to bother to deliver mail nor notifications.

Two horrid experiences with local 97124 USPS this week. I bought 2 plant starts online. I got the first one on Monday with literally an entire side of the box caved in. No, this was not just a bent corner. The box was so crushed I had to carefuly cut it away. Luckily the seller was careful in their packing. If it had been anything but a small plant, the item would have been broken completely. Now, I'm waiting for the second plant and it says it was delivered 2 hours ago via the text alerts. It's nowhere to be found. I have a suspicion things are getting marked as delivered when they haven't been to make it appear as though the mailman and/or the local office here are doing efficient work. Outright lying. If you give me false text alerts for delivery, how the hell am I supposed to actually know when my package is there?! And of COURSE there's no productive customer service to actually help me. It was a 40 minute wait to get absolutely nowhere. I guess after 7 days I can file a missing package report, but it's a plant starter! It won't be alive in 7 more days! I would like to transplant the little thing ASAP because it has been hot weather and I'm sure it misses the sun light. I'm not sure I can get back home from work on my lunch to try and take the package inside again tomorrow, that is, assuming it even is delivered tomorrow. I personally use the USPS weekly to ship my business products. As soon as there is an adequate competitor, I will no longer be using USPS as the service continues to decline. This is not the first major issue, but today was the last straw.

NO customer service. Waiting on hold for 40 minutes. They never did answer. My mail was returned because "my mailbox was full. Two packages from Amazon are missing. These could have been put in my large mail box. Can get no answer from USPS. Would gladly pay extra to Amazon if they would use another service!
