They use BS rules about backing up so they don't have to deliver your mail to your door. They will fill your box with boat loads of junk mail. Thats whats important. Not the signature confirmation packages or the amazon packages that you pay money to have delivered to your house. The worst PO in Portland by far.

I usually use the self-service kiosk, which is a wonderful amenity. No complaints with service or home mail delivery.

I got an email from amazing saying that package was going to be delivered today. So I made sure to be home around when the mail comes. I have a broken bone so it takes me a minute to get up. I noticed the mail truck just got to my house. I got up and headed to the door. I open it and there is a note saying "sorry we missed you." He didn't even knock! Now I have to wait until tomorrow around four to get my package because I can't drive to get it early. I have to wait until someone in my household gets home from work. VERY upset with the delivery office.

These carriers are horrid! The keys to the package lockers have been messed up for a year. Locker 1, the key was in the lock but shorn off, so that locker was useless. It sat that way for ove 6 months. You'd think a carrier would notice and then do something about it. No! The other locker's key has not worked for over rated a year. Today, I go up to get mail - I have a package. The carrier gave me the key toll ker 2 that was marked on both sides "doesn't work"! And, yup, it doesn't. This is insane! No for-profit organization would be run this poorly. Unbelievable!

The only way to turn into this parking lot is by heading west on Powell (Maps is not aware of this.) Came here near closing to ship a package and a letter. Received fast friendly service even though they were so close to closing.
