Eastern Heights Oakdale post office. Terrible, unreliable, unaccountable service is the standard here. No point in complaining, it never changes and the sups and managers over there just blow you off. Deliveries to the wrong address are so common that I've gotten to know my neighbors much better just by the frequency that I bring them their mis-delivered mail and they bring me mine. That is the only upside. Wish there was an alternative, but we're stuck with them. They love to tell me they receive no tax dollars and they're self-funded, which is hog wash. The USPS receives $18 billion in federal subsidies annually. One of the most subsidized departments of the federal system.

So I am from Milwaukee, WI. I went to the Pewaukee USPS to inquire on a package this afternoon to inquire about a package I made a mistake on. I accidentally sent it to an incorrect address in Saint Paul, MN. At the Pewaukee location, the supervisor simply said I should not come back to the post office for another few weeks, and my package would be a hassle to receive. Knowing that the last shipping notification took place yesterday, I knew there was hope that the package could still be in Saint Paul, and not with all of the “dead mail” yet. The staff at this Saint Paul location took the time to look all over for my package, rather than simply brush me off. The man I spoke to ended up finding my package, and will have it shipped to the correct address tomorrow.(I wish I knew his name, because he deserves a kudos...I hope this review finds him.) This location went above and beyond, while my own post office was not at all helpful. THANK YOU!

This is the worse post office in St. Paul with the worse racist postmen and rude postal staff. I have missed days of work, school, and other events waiting for mailmen who would rather leave me a note, imstead of deliver my package when all they had to do was ringy buzzer. When I called to complain, all you get is attitude from their postmaster, who basically makes excuses for his mailmen and treats you like a liar. If I could avoid never using or getting mail thru USPS, I never would again. Sadly, we have no choice and USPS does not care about racist attitudes by its postal staff.

Worst place ever! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. These people are the rudest of the rudest and seem like everyday is horrible. Not only have I had bad experience with the workers. I shipped out a computer that was packaged basically brand new. Usps completely DESTROYED my whole entire computer and you cannot file a claim if you don't purchase insurance. I was never offered or told about insurance considering it was already $53.00 causing me to pay out of pocket for the whole thing. I would drive the extra miles to work through UPS or FedEx since they know how to treat their constumers with loyalty and respect. This is a place I will NEVER go to again.
