If  I could give a zero stars I would. I have two lizards and I order insects online. I have been doing this for two plus years. Whenever I order they ask if I wanted it delivered to the post office for pick-up. I always have it delivered to my house because I work full time and the Post Office is always closed when I'm off. I've never had problems with the insects freezing in the winter because my mother is always home to receive them. This past week I ordered more insects and was tracking them and knew they were coming that day. I informed my mother and my two siblings about it (they were home all day). I was later informed by the insect company that it wasn't delivered because the delivery person thought  it was too cold. I called my mother and she said that the delivery person didn't even bother to knock or ring the door bell. We even had our cars parked outside. So now I had to re-schedule the delivery or take time off work to pick them up which I couldn't do until days later and the insects might escape their packaging by then. The delivery person showed up the next day, my mother was waiting. And this person started chewing my mother out. Telling her that I should have have the insects delivered to my house and they should never be in the delivery car. Seriously?! Is this how you treat your customers?! I've been doing this for years and not one complaint. And I already signed a notice saying I understand the risk of the cold and to go ahead anyway. I will never use this post office again and I advise other people to do the same.

All four parking spaces in the front of the building are handicapped, so there's none for anyone else and they're always empty! For this reason, everyone has to park 50 yards south of the front door, while all the front parking spaces remain empty. What a total joke.

I am a small business that mails offers to hospitals.  Have used the Postal Service here in Indianapolis to guide my mailings.  They were rejected twice by this post office.    Sad

Your parking situation is a joke. The new building has to be the least convienent set up ever for anyone mailing a large package and the folks inside tend to be rude and short with people barking orders like I'm in the army. No thanks.
