I will definitely have to say by far the worse service for an area compared to others; I’m assuming due to the country type of an area there’s not much that will be actually done to improve the way business is conducted through and through; I was to receive an order 10/18 in which I stayed in for the main reason that I needed to receive this package directly in which clearly never happened! Upon purchasing the item the postal service corrected the address prior to me placing the order which I thought to be convenient which to me works right as long as you get what your paying for (total opposite)! My property has heavy surveillance so I can clearly see who comes and goes along with sensors around the property itself to catch any form of movement (which is not your typical security system the majority will have) either way I’ve waited and I’ve watched and while during the process USPS notes that they’ve delivered a packaged that obviously they had not. So after spending exactly two hours on the phone trying to get through to speak with a live person to no avail (which I’ll post my YouTube vid so you can see how USPS does business along with various other companies as far as service). Needless to say I still don’t have my order or an actual answer as to where my order is due to a phone system that clearly understands nothing of the English language no matter how precise and well spoken you are. A new postal company specifically for mail as a form of real competition and quality service needs to be added to show USPS how to the job right and effectively at the same time because this type of issue happens more than most are willing to be bothered with; it would appear evident that servicing their customers and delivery of clients items aren’t really a top priority and it can be shown in the workers day to day functionality on how business should be done and clearly is not being followed completely.

Understaffed during pick hours. To make thing worse the tellers go on a chit chat with customer making the wait time more agonizing.

Very rude staff. I used to live in Clermont and their post office was 100 times better. If ever there was an issue they tried to fix it, rather than argue. I tried to resolve an issue I've been having lately, and the lady I spoke to on the phone was very rude and wanted to argue rather than give me a solution. I'm disappointed to say the least.

This is my favorite post office. Everyone I have encountered that works here is great, especially Lavette. She was extremely helpful and super nice!
