Can't keep up the count on how many times they've messed up my deliveries. They have lost my headset, a pair of tickets to a music festival, and other Mercari orders. I have easily lost money here...one time I had a pink slip about 4 days old , went to this location and the guy insisted the date was today on the slip and that the driver was coming back "as we speak". Went back to my car got my phone showed him the actual date through the website, he sighed and said k lemme see your tracking number. Little effort overall

This particular post office is a joke. Terrible service most of the time, and It's not about the wait in the long lines as that's expected but the people working there aren't helpful and are rude. This location has lost multiple packages of ours as well. They act like you're bothering them so much when you ask a simple question, you receive a snarky answer.

On 12/6/17 at 8:10 AM I had 16 large envelopes to mail. The clerk said it was too many for her, and I should get postage at the self serve kiosk. She was very nice about it. So one star instead of zero stars.

The good? Postage stations where you can purchase and print your own shipping labels and mail them without dealing with the workers at the counter. The bad? Almost everything related to customer service. I've gone in probably 40 times and only a few times have been actually greeted with a genuine greeting. The rest of the time they'll spend as little time as humanly possible. If you walk up passed the line to drop off a PRE-PAID box (since the parcel shoot is full cause they don't empty it) they will literally not even acknowledge you. No eye contact, no nothing. Don't ever bother calling them. You'd be wasting your time. Every other post office i've been to in Collier and Lee Counties have been OK; what you'd expect. Not here. If the manager is reading this for Christ sake do something. There is a reason why you have all of this horrific reviews of your establishment.
