Do you people ever answer your phone? You guys lost my packet and I’ve been trying to call for the last hour but you guys don’t answer. You guys really need to learn how to give better service. My package was said delivered but o never received anything, and it’s a 400 dollar phone. And then last time I got something the mail man left it st te front door without ringing the bell or anything. What kinda service it’s this.

This is strictly a non retail postal  service location. I have shared the same industrial park with them for almost 15 years. Whenever I had to go inside
 I found everyone.to be very accommodating and polite. If you walk in the door and not hear the answer you were expecting or you arrive with a chip on your shoulder you may receive the same back. The employees are there to do a specific job and are not clerks or receptionists.
This location should not be listed as a post office but as a distribution hub
that allows individuals the convenience of accepting out going mail and parcels

My business was located in this industrial area for 33 years.  This "post office" was built during that time and was not open to the public.  It was a sort of hub for internal business and parking mail vehicles.  If you were lucky you could go inside and talk someone into selling you some stamps.  They were not thrilled to do so, but would if you knew the amount you needed.  They would not weigh anything for you.

It happened that the Post Office union was located in the same complex as my business. I had a talk with the president of the union and suggested he talk to the Postmaster and see if they would at least install a mailbox on the property since they were in an industrial area, where hundreds of small businesses would benefit.  

That is the service they now give (out of the goodness of their hearts) even though they didn't have to.

This particular post office should not be listed as a post office.  It has a drop off mailbox, period.

Since I have great appreciation  for these people for installing  a box and putting up with the added traffic in their driveway I decided to write this note hoping to quell any further negative comments.
