This place has cost me my reputation selling online. When buyers are mad about their packages getting lost of not moving... I GET THE BLAME. I ship dozens of packages daily and they screw up a decent percent of them.... I feel like an answering service for USPS with my costumers and they are always yelling at ME!

I ordered a priority mail delivery from a retailer on 1/15, which has sat in Opa Locka for a week, not moving, and they have been sending me auto-generated (confirmed by my local Providence, RI USPS that they are computer generated).  Finally today, after the package was already well beyond, the priority mail 3-5 day shipping window,  i get an update saying "In-Transit: Delayed, will not reach by destination as scheduled"....yeah because it is already several days late.  I encourage ALL retailers to specifically request their packages bypass this distribution center, they will ruin your reputation as an online seller.

They lost my package too.  Not really sure why this place has so many problems for being a regular sized facility, why it is regarded as a trusted/useful facility, and why, despite so many people's complaints, the place is still a functioning PO.  Something apparently needs to change. "Close enough for government work" must be their literal motto.

Unfortunately one of my packages went through here and I never got it. Tried several times to reach out to USPS for help and they literally said to me on the phone they honestly didn't have any confidence I'd ever receive my package. Told me that I should fill out X amount of forms to figure out what happened, or to contact the sender and "maybe they'll send you your items again for free and will express ship it (AKA MAKE USPS MORE MONEY). I'm going to use 1% of common sense here and say this facility is A FRAUD AND STEALS items.

Thank God my package was only there 3 hours!!!!!!!!! YESSS!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS TRULY A MIRACLE!! I HATE THIS POST OFFICE NEVER DROP ANYTHING OF HERE! EVER! Avoid the pain at all costs! Every single time my packages have arrived here it is a pain! I am considering never shipping to this area if it means my packages will arrive at this location ! THEY NEED TO GET SHUT DOWN ASAP!
