Literally every time I order a package shipped from this area this place holds it on "Accepted" for 2-3 days with no tracking update. I live in the same state, only a few hours away from here and I get USPS packages from across the country faster. I've never had problems with any other USPS facilities holding my package for more than a day or two, and even then at least it says it's in transit. Every time, as soon as my package FINALLY leaves this place, it's on the move consistently. It's a shame I'm gonna have to start ordering from companies in a different area simply because I shouldn't have to wait a week for a priority package in the same state to get to me.

My primary reason for going to this post office is for shipping packages, over the years sending many packages I've never had any problems, no damaged boxes, fast and effective shipping. In my opinion other shipping service companies in the area do not compare to this USPS, with other carries I've found that shipping usually takes more business days, is more expensive, and do not take care of their cargo (I've had damaged goods using other non USPS services). So if you're sending a package this is the place to go. Reading negative reviews here is upsetting since I've only had good experiences here. However those reviews are mostly of services of this USPS location I have not had to use so I can't speak for those services.

What a nightmare is this branch. They never know what they do or how they do work. They lost packages, they mess up everything. A 3rd World country post Office is way better than this place. Weston Office is so sad....

One star is too generous. Package left to be delivered has gone missing. Supposedly it never left the location. Not to mention that the employee didnt even look me in the eye when I asked about dropping off the package. Having doubts that it even went out. Now Im going on an hour trying to speak with someone to try to track this down. Ridiculous.

This is my mother’s local post office. They are awesome. I’ve taken mom there several times and everyone is always so pleasant. Sometimes we wait a few minutes on line, but we wait anywhere we go in life: doctors office, Publix, Walgreens, Walmart, ect. We never mind waiting because we always receive excellent service. We have never had any issues with delivery or anything mom has mailed out. Very very surprised to see so many negative reviews. My advice to everyone out there is this: keep in mind that unfortunately the only time most people TAKE THE TIME to “review” something it is because they have had a bad experience. This is unfortunate because I am POSITIVE that for every bad review listed for this office, that there are TEN TIMES AS MANY POSITIVE EXPERIENCES that people did not take the time to post. Well I’m taking the time today to do so. To everyone at the weston post office, let me and mom thank you for what you do. We appreciate you!!
