I ship on average 5-10 packages nationally and internationally a day through this USPS for my business... and I never have a problem. Great friendly staff as well.

Very slow service, other than Sally, but self service kiosk is great. Sally us a terrific and helpful person who should be the manager of the place!

If I could give zero I would. I'm not familiar with shipping out items and was told immediately that I have to do everything my self. The man didn't even seem to know what he was doing and was just smiling and nodding. The Women Pam who works there was EXTREMELY rude. Said she was trying to help but, gave me a major attitude and talked down to me like I was stupid. I didn't even know what to say so she told the man he had to help me because she wasn't going to. Didn't even have a box suitable for a 10 x 8 frame and had no interest in helping me. Wasted my time and just left angry. I will never go back there for any reason.

Wow. Surprised to see the bad reviews by so many others...& I thought it was just me. This post office is clean & staff friendly. But slow as molasses & not very knowledgeable. The amount of junk mail in this neighborhood is beyond ridiculous; even though I have put in request after request to limit. I get several package deliveries each month. 1 out of 3 arrive damaged, opened, or broken contents. & Why do they make such high wages again???... :(

the absolute worst. i have lived here for 26 years. i have had loose dogfood put in my mailbox by a postal worker because she thought all dogs needed a snack. well neighbor would drop it on ground and after a huge pile the ants found it. that was lovely.took months to get that stopped. misdelivery of my mail and delivery of others to my box has been going on for years. for short time i had to have mail for my late mother forward to my house as i dealt with estate. postal service sold her name as if she lived here to junk mail clients. box filled with junk mail and postal service listed her as living at my house. after estate closed i tried to get that mail stopped. I found today that my mail in my maiden name was also being returned to sender. it should have only been my mothers mail...the junk mail. my first name not the same as my mothers. i cant have anyone mail me a package via usps because it has a good chance it wont get to my house. ups,FedEx will deliver and they deliver to the correct house but not the usps. i will be filing an official complaint with city of north port,state of Florida and nationally . i will continue to change my contact to email only and tell everyone to only send packages to me via FedEx. worse service since that second building has been built.
