The work customer service I have every experienced in my entire life. When asked a simple question I got snapped at. Just plain out rude staff.

I sell many things on Ebay and normally I buy my shipping labels online and print them from my home printer.  I utilized this location as a drop-off for those packages, but then I noticed they started carrying small stuffed animals from recent movies, so I would pick up a character for my daughter every week.  They were over-priced, and I could have bought them cheaper online, but I like to support local business, especially women-owned businesses.  Today, my printer malfunctioned, so I went here to buy postage outright and they wanted to charge me a fee for paying with my debit card.  I've had this issue in the area before, and I've reported them to Mastercard and Visa, because it violates their merchant agreement.  Basically, if you pay by debit, they can not impose a minimum.  If you pay by credit, they can.  The issue here is, Mastercard and Visa require that merchants offer both credit and debit.  When I brought this up to her, she said, we only offer credit payment, we don't put out the key pads for pins for debit.  So they are in direct violation of the merchant agreement. I took a picture of the sign they had in front of their register to send to Visa.  I took back my package and went over to the real post office on 9th and was able to buy postage withe my debit card without a fee.
