FOR THE PASSPORT OFFICE: The reviews were bad but being that this is the only walk in post office that handles Passport applications in Tampa, I had no other choice. The phone isn't answered so I took a chance and walked in. I arrived at 3p.m. and was out of the door by 4:20p.m. They stop accepting new walk-ins at 3:30p.m. Make sure you have everything, because they charge for whatever you may have missed. $3 for a single page copy of my drivers license! $15 for my picture (2 small pictures, DIY to save money). $25 processing fee. The number of people makes things unorganized but if you come in NOT during peak travel season your experience should be fine. I got my passport and documents back at around 4 weeks after applying and I was able to track the status to know exactly which day it was coming.

They must really hate their jobs , especially the man I dealt with this evening. I couldn’t get his name because his badge was faced the other way , but I saw some number that had 006699 or the likes. This man looked as if I was an imposition ... it’s his damn job & he looks miserable & doesn’t greet me even though I say hello, how are you... common courtesy... not one word other then Next when he was done. Ugh for the customer service alone I will take my services elsewhere. Why hire people who hate working there ??? Please start by rehiring your entire HR team.

The gift in the season of giving:  I went to the USPS at 7am,  they were close but I figured i could buy stamps of a machine.  As it happened,  the machine was not working as expected but a supervisor was there monitoring its performance.  She offered to go in the back and get  me Christmas stamps and sell them to me via mobile solution.  I said of course, who wouldn't.  She came back out a few minutes later with three choices for me to select from.  How is that for customer service?

I wish there were negative star ratings! Very RUDE!!!! I walked in just to ask a question about the processing fee I needed to get done for my passport and the lady quickly told me, “you need to take a number” as if my question was not important. Waiting room is extremely small and the customer service is overall terrible. There needs to be a separate line for those applying for passports and those that have already done so instead of everyone waiting like they are coming for the same thing. Absolutely ridiculous!! I would NEVER recommend anyone to go here!!!

Please fix the hours of your store on your website. Drove from St. Pete Say and you were closed. Called first Sun. Says your open but your not
