I almost didn't use this post office because of the reviews but I'm so happy I decided to see for myself. The staff were very pleasant, attentive, informative and friendly. I had never shipped a large package through USPS before so I wasn't sure what to expect but Anabelle and the other gentle man were very accommodating. Yes the lines are long but that's a post office for you and they work quickly so the wait isn't long anyway. I say give them a shot and make your decision for you, just like I did.

Terrible female employee that "has to" take photographs for passports. She needs an emergency colon cleanse or a year in Alaska. She spares no one from her horrid attitude, children and adults alike. Appointments in this place are a joke. No consideration for customer's time. You will wait over an hour to have your passport app completed, and the sad part is the post master knows how bad it is and does nothing about it. This needs to be reported to the top level of USPS because it is so bad, and a stigma is formed because of this example of work ethic for all post office locations.

This post office is seriously sad.  Every single time I have called, it either just rings and rings or I am greeted with an extremely rude representative.  They are ZERO help in any situation and cannot answer simple questions, they always just give you the run around.  My in person experiences have followed suit.  ONE TIME out of  almost a hundred, I have had one positive encounter with one of their representatives.  I would HIGHLY recommend NOT going through them if you need passports, customer service, etc.  It may be a drive, but I found a lot better luck at the Post Office at 9232 County Line Rd, outside of Midland.

My mailman will not deliver my packages to my door if the it won't go in the mailbox. I've had two packages returned back to the place I ordered marked address Undeliverable. And on my tracking it says it's delivered. I don't find out what happens until I contact the sender and they tell me it's on the way back. I'm hoping to get a couple more items I've ordered and then I won't deal with the post office anymore!
Today, my package was crammed in my mailbox with the mailbox left open. Luckily, nobody stole it. I almost pulled the mailbox down to get it out. Package was torn. Luckily, the items were not torn. Isn't it your job to deliver? ??? You are terrible!

I would also give zero stars if I could. I sent a package overnight and 2 days later the package is STILL NOT there.. the wait times for customer service are ridiculous and Milgen Rd never answers the phone.
