Paid for overnight. My packages was not delivered and scanned until 2 days later. The Chinese lady was the one who I paid and handed it to. She did not do her job. My money was scammed. Paid for a service that I did not receive. They need fire everyone in there! Terrible post office service.

I came to this location before and it's terrible. The service is very slow. Don't want to come here again. Matter of fact i never got waited on. I had to go. I stood in line for 30 minutes.

This is one of the worst post offices I have ever been to. Unfortunately, this is the closest PO to my business so I have to endure their terrible attitudes and customer service quite often. It’s so bad that I’ve started to drive 20 minutes out of the way to avoid this location. But today takes the cake...I needed to drop off a 1 1/4” thick box (equivalent to the size of 2 1/2 DVD cases) that I had already packaged in a medium flat rate envelope with paid postage. The package was not distorted or stretched in any way, it was neatly packaged using the factory peel and stick lip and all I needed was a receipt. Well as soon as I asked for a receipt, I was told that they could not ship it in the medium flat rate envelope because the package was not flat?!? And I was told that “flat rate means flat package”??? Which I’ve had issues with people at this location over stupid little things like this before, so I asked to speak to a manager/supervisor. Well after she was in the back talking to the manager for about 10 minutes, he came out and backed up her original position, which I quickly debunked with “Flat rate. Not flat package. If it fits (without stretching or re-constructing the envelope) it ships!”. So I completely abided by the guidelines. Now embarrassed, he quickly moved to making up new guidelines. This went on for a while with him taking long trips to the back with a supposed “conference call” to higher ups about this “1 1/4” envelope in between and finally ended with a magical, mysterious thickness bulge guideline that was completely up to his discretion and mine didn’t cut it?!? This all took place over the course of 50 minutes before I finally walked out and went to the PO down 54 where I told them about the previous encounter and was told that there was nothing wrong with my envelope. If it fits, it ships! And that they have no idea why they would have a problem with the package at the other location. So they quickly took care of me with a smile and no issue at all! Just unbelievable! So, if you want to have a pleasant day, avoid this location at all costs! Because I’m sure with them being government employees nothing will change and they’re not going anywhere.

Worst customer service. The chinese woman has a problem with her position, looks like she would like to be the manager, but she is just another employee from Government. These people are completely untrained and way to low to be called "customer service". They are always rude. I have been dealing a lot of issues with this office. I am a eBay seller and I know all the descriptions about size and labels. If the package FITS either in a flat rate envelope or flat rate box, it is COMPLETELY ACCEPTABLE. They have been refusing boxes because the package "looks" bigger than the flat rate envelope or box. Completely "wrong", I ended up to drop off my packages at Peachtree city which is 20 minutes away, but the trip worth it if I have to avoid these annoying people. Same packages were approved by the clerk from Peachtree city postal office. The manager is another incompetent employee. She is so slow in resolving issues and incompetent untrained for being a Manager. The position is too much for her. I hope these people can be fired sooner than later from this location. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am giving this location a two star rather than one, because at least our packages make it to our mailbox most of the time, just never ever on time. Literally, our items continue to post as delivered, but then we have to play a waiting game with our fingers crossed to see if it actually does deliver. With such a low rating, from so many people, it amazes me that this location doesn't implement measures to ensure more success. This tells me that they either do not have the resources to, or that they simply do not care.
