My house is hidden from view from the street. Most postal carriers will not even make an attempt to deliver packages because I have dogs. If my spouse or myself are home, the dogs are inside. The carrier would not know this unless they start up the driveway. If the dogs are out, fine, don’t deliver the package, but at least make the effort.
