I highly recommend doing any of your USPS customer service needs out at this post office! The staff is always friendly and they have always helped me with my shipping needs. I recommend this location rather than the 3916 Milgen Rd Post Office, even though that post office was closer to where I lived. It is a nice quiet post office that is rarely busy, A+

The management is drastically different than Columbus P. O. There the employees take up most of the customer's parking lot, and handicap spaces. In Midland, the Post Mistress is hard working, disciplined, and friendly. When I had a very large shipment and a storm was coming, she took the items and delivered them herself, so the carriers could be back to safety earlier. She sets a high standard, and her workers follow. Excellent!
