Very disappointed with HOLD MAIL service.  I placed the hold order online several days before we left to ensure the hold.  We got mail the first day of hold order and the day before the order was to end.  What's so disappointing is that a package worth $300 was left on my porch for two days until a concerned neighbor called while we were in California to inquire about it.  How disappointed I was to know that my valuable item had been so vulnerable just sitting on the front porch after I did what I was supposed to do.  I called the Post Office to tell of my experience and was told that even though I place a online HOLD, "I" should call to make sure they got it or either come in to fill out the yellow paper form.  Well then what's the point of offering the convenient online service if I still have to take additional steps to make sure they do their job?  The whole point for online is for the convenience!  I have had no problems in the past with mail hold, but this time was so different.  Hopefully, my experience will be good as in the past for future dealings with Tyrone Post Office.

REFUSE TO DELIVER PACKAGES TO YOUR DOOR.  WONT DO THEIR JOB!  HAVE TO DRIVE TO THE POST OFFICE TO GET ANYTHING THEY CANT SHOVE IN OUR MAILBOX.  ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEM WITH ANY OTHER CARRIER!  USELESS!! AND SORRY!!!!  I WISH I COULD FIRE THEM.

Absolutely worthless. They refuse to deliver packages to our office door. First they said it was because they can't back up to turn around (policy), so we now leave one spot open on our parking pad and gave them permission to pull through the grass. The manager came by our office and approved this turnaround. Still, no packages get delivered. The driver leaves a note in the mailbox and we have to drive out and pick up the package later in the afternoon. We have complained numerous times, the driver keeps insisting we are not leaving enough space. The last week we have been leaving TWO spots open, still they won't deliver. I have photos and video proving that I can easily turn my FORD EXPLORER around with plenty of room and no backing up. Doesn't matter. These people refuse to do their job. I was told today that we should leave the ENTIRE PARKING PAD open. So, where the hell should my employees park? What a useless bunch of lazy people. DO YOUR JOB!
