I dread when tracking shows my package is here. There is always a problem.

I'm a very loyal customer to this location.I have been coming here frequently for years and have sent countless packages, within the US and internationally, especially to Iran.The staff of this location is great and PERFECT, especially Ms. Trina who is wonderful and JUST PERFECT.Very knowledgeable with the greatest attitude. I dont understand why some people have put such an unfair feedback here!!! This location ofthe post-office is the best of all. Great people are working here. What do you expect from them?! to make the impossible things possible for you!!!??? They have to go with the policy. Get over yourself people! Try not to take  your own mistakes and shortages on out on this wonderful staff. I would have given more stars if there would have been more than five stars.

My package has been sitting in Baltimore since 11/9/17. It could have been walked to Bel Air before now!!!

Any time my package is delayed not updated is because of this usps my expected delivery has been pushed several days after the original expected delivery day and it always happens here just take my packages straight to owings mills
