Their service at the post office is awesome, but when it comes to answering a phone call, no one answers and then the someone comes on and says answering system is off.. Package says that it is out for delivery, mailman already came and left and no package, don't know if they have someone else delivering packages or what, wish there was someone who could answer that.. Usually don't have problems but this is not a good sign....

So far I've had no issues at this post office. Fast and okay customer service. They're busy from the time they open till they close so I understand that their customer service isn't going to be 100%. Still very professional.

Where is my package? Per (email) delivery status package was delivered last week. I reviewed my cameras and saw delivery truck stop In front my mail box. 1.5 hrs later I went to recover my mail. No package was in my mail box as email confirmation said except my mail. I called local office and one hour later I hung up. No one would answer. In disbelief 🤔. Where is my package? Who manages this post?

I called them because a package was delayed and by the time it did get to the hospital where a friend was they had been discharged. The woman whose name I did not catch answered the phone right away and went way out of her way to locate and recover the package as well as get it reconsigned to the forwarding address it needed to go to. I was really impressed especially after reading all these negative reviews.

What is wrong with the carriers? Can't they read? They keep delivering my mail to someone else. Don't ask them to hold mail for delivery later. Hold mail and pick up yourself. That is the only way you will get it. :(
