Ordered a decent sized package. Granted it took a while but they put it in the box. Ordered another thing 1/4th the size. I get a slip saying “it didn’t fit”. Seriously!? This has happened multiple times now. Just put my damn package in my mailbox! How hard can it flipping be!?

I received a "Sorry We Missed You!" Notice. I went by the Post Office to pick up my package 2 days after the date  available for pick up. No package was found. Clerk said the carrier was probably lazy and didn't return the package to the Post Office. I was given the number to the carrier but no luck. The Boerne Post Office has earned its reputation.

The office it’s self is not too bad, my problem if our carrier and delivery person (i know it’s a hectic job) but he just lies! I’m expecting a package I was home all day yesterday and today I check the status and it says he attempted to leave but there was no answer (at a time when I was definitely at home) next he says he left a notice ... no notice was left! I mean really?! Don’t say you did something when you didn’t! Oh and then of course the list office never picks up their direct line to confirm if the package is actually there ... so you have to drive in just for a 50/50 chance your package is there ... very frustrating!

Costs more and less service..
P O Box cost 10$ to 15 $ dollars higher than other large cities or small towns..like clockwork they go up yearly  ..surly service, wrong  mail , forget to give messages on packages or update , sometimes slow but yes there are a couple of very nice people who have customer service skills. Now the carrier on my route- sad when you leave a package (to large to fit in your mailbox) on top of it and others among a community system with 20 other mailboxes or on the hood of your car in full sun..have pictures of this..complained - got the "OH MY that should not occur" we'll talk to them... but it still happens-
In today's society "How can these people keep their Jobs?"

Reeks of old people, and the parking lot is where you go to find over a dozen people who can't park or drive.
