Great little post office with 15-minute parking just steps away from the door. I've always received efficient service here and the staff is pleasant, polite & respectful of my time. One star off for neatness/organization.

By far my favorite post office in Austin. Not even the nearest one to where I live but I’ve never had any issues with this one. Nice guys!

It just can’t go this way anymore; I want better post office service, and I’m willing to go elsewhere to get it. Your posting and shipping charges aren’t eh worst, but we both know they could be much better.

Worst customer service! I brought in 20 envelopes to ship with tracking and the gentleman at the counter said he could only process 10 at a time and I would need to go back inline to finish the rest of my shipping! He said that it is not fair to other customers ,and he was the only one on duty working at that time!!! I am the customer just like them waiting my turn!!!! The place was messy and unorganized

Worst service with USPS that I've ever experience. First, no one is at the front desk for 10 minutes until I eventually call the store from within. Then, when "Ben" arrives I greet him and looks at me and says nothing, picks up my package, scans it and charges a random rate until I provide him with what I actually want completed. After the transaction is over he simply walks to the back of the office. Never returning here.
