I would like to thank Troy for going out of his way to help me find a package that needed to be redirected to the correct address.  He physically went looking for it, found it, and redirected it to the correct address.  I know how much work USPS employees do on a daily basis, he didn't have to do this for me. But he did. Thanks again!

This is a very nice post office, usually I can't get any help at the post office but both employees were very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable, which was refreshing. I did not know the best way to mail legal documents and they kindly helped me with the best option without looking at me like I was stupid for asking a question. Good experience and quick, helpful service I will be going back... But no experience with this Monique thus far... will be watching out and ready to record. This is a very nice post office that doesn't need to be tarnished by employees that simply want to get fired.

Worst customer service! I went there to pick up a package yesterday & the associate helping me (think her name was Monique) was lazy and rude! She was not helpful nor did she look in the back to see if my order was there! If I can get my package today, I will be using another alternative to send packages.

This post office has the worst customer service. First off, I have tried numerous times to contact the manager. I was given his number to call, and the phone keeps ringing and ringing until I receive the busy signal. When I have tried going in to talk to the supervisor/manager, I am waiting outside that "secret door" for a ridiculous amount of time until someone tells me that the supervisor is unavailable. Obviously someone is trying to avoid any customers with concerns! Second, I am constantly getting other people's mail, and my mail is always being sent to the wrong address, even though my correct address is on the mail. Someone needs to get their act together over there!
