I had a package that was recently sent to me. Due to errors on the senders side the package ended up getting sent later than it should've. To make long story short, I was tracking my package and saw that it had arrived at the post office around 10 am. I was flying out that day so I went to the Post office to pick it since it was due to be delivered the next day. I stood in line and waited just to be told (without them even checking) that the package was already on the delivery truck. I am a former employee of USPS and I've been sending and receiving packages for a long time. I know the process of throwing packages in the morning before the trucks leave for delivery. I know the scanning process. I know that by the time that truck arrived from North Houston Distribution at 9:57 am that the delivery truck for my route was already loaded. These ppl are pathetic and rude. The least she could've done was CHECK.

I, personally, have never had issues with my mail getting delivered from this location. Thank you for your continued good service in making sure my mail is always delivered (I guess I have an awesome post man in my neighborhood). Now going to their post office for service.....ehh, depends on the clerk, but they ususally are good to me =).

I have to agree only giving a one star because I have to wish I could give negative stars. I so about 10 to 20 packages a week on eBay. I use this play solid for about 3 or 4 months but got to the point why just couldn't handle the customer service. The same people that scene me every day for months after month after month would still be a******* for no reason. I see them get mad because they get asked certain questions that might end up being annoying I guessing is what they consider it no need for the hostility no need for the faces no need for the short in and positive conversation. Not to mention the multiple times I've heard them complain about their wages like seriously. They think goes nobody's in there just regular old me I'm not gonna say anything. Wrong I hate to break it to you the short hair black lady the Asian lady need to be fired ASAP. But it's a government institution a lot of politics are involved when complaints get filed I'm sure they get thrown away. I'd rather pay a couple bucks more and take my stuff around the corner and that's a fact Jack 4 year strong , Without their BS go somewhere else you've been warned.

The people are rude. I get a receipt to pick up a letter. I go in the next morning without my tracking number(my fault). I went home and got it. I went back and was told that the mail person had it and would deliver it. She didn't. I went back there today and spoke with my mail carrier who informed me that she did not have it yesterday. Where is my envelope that you could lose it in a two day period. Total incompetence on their part. Add bad attitudes to that. So no stars even though you have to use one to post

Few things a post office should offer/have to customers is a pen. If you are worried about not getting returned please tie it down on the counter tops (mulitle countertops). It will ease on you beacuse government employees don't want to give you an extra pen, they want you to wait till the single spare pen gets handed to you after the last person done. It was ridiculously bad I was told that they only have one pen and someone else is using and wait till that person finish. I waited for 5 minutes and i lost my place in the line and i had to go back and stand in queue (which is not my problem). My complaint is that this particular post office employee refused to give me a pen to write down the adress. I dont know should i call this bad customer service or negligence? Also, as a customer i asked if they can suggest a cheap and fastest method of shipping and reply was "There is nothing". What does that mean? They don't ship? Don't they have nothing to suggest me? Anyway I decided to go UPS for my further mailing purposes beacuse whether handling usps service or ups itself their service is outstanding. I am not comparing government jobs and private companies. Atleast show some _____? $I am paying for my service$. Note: not all are same. I went to a different usps location last week and they had multiple pens on counter and they suggest me fastest and cheap method of shipment aswell. Above comment mentioned at this particular post office only. Please consider this as critique to improve yourself.
