One of the laziest post offices I have ever seen. I have lived in the Hackensack, Hudson St area for almost 14 years. With each passing year we get that one or two mailmen that will leave our packages outside my apartment building, or on the steps of the building! Sometimes (especially during the holiday season), they'll even skip delivering to this portion of my street altogether! My mail has even ended up in places that it shouldn't be. There are two regular mailmen we've had for a few years now (one named Joe and the other I believe is hearing impaired). These two are AWESOME! When they're not around, we catch hell. What's worse is the management at this office are so rude, and condescending. Plus what happened to their direct phone number? I'd give them 0 stars if I could! Kudos to everyone that has had good experiences with this post office. You seem to be in the minority here. After years of complaints about this post office, PLEASE DO BETTER!

People lack patience nowadays and then huff and puff when things do move as swiftly as they think they should. I see that, alot, customers getting huffy. Honestly, I never have had a problem here at this branch. The staff is great with me and always go the extra mile, to help me. If I have to wait, I wait or I leave and come back when I can. No stress.

I showed up at 8:30 when the business is suppose to open, they opened five minutes late. I brought in a slip that was left in my mailbox the day before since my package required a signature. I was told the package was not there, and that delivery the previous day was not attempted. I asked why the slip was in my mailbox to pick up the package in person then. I received no answer. Within a few hours of leaving the post office I received a phone call saying they found my package. At this point I am at work and unable to retrieve it. So I will try tomorrow, "if they can find it". Horrible customer service with no organization. Wish I could avoid, unfortunately it is my town's post office.

Would give 0 stars if possible. I had my mail on hold and was set to pick up there. I go there and the lady immedietly got visebly annoyed that I'm asking her to do her job. She comes back after 20 seconds in the other room and says there is nothing, when I know for a fact that I have pieces to get. As I'm asking her questions she just walked away and started talking to her coworker. Makes you wonder who the hell hired these people. Avoid going to this place, just read the other reviews.

I wish i could give them zero stars . 1.They literally have no working number. Isnt having a working number a basic requirement for this establishment. 2. They brought a package didnt leave a slip or anything so i dont know where the package is . Is it on its way to heaven , space, first package of mine to reach mars?? 3. I called the 800 customer support number and they didnt have a working number for them either. This is embarrassing . Does this establishment even exist anymore
