This PO was So~~ terrible management I never ever seen before. I am rarely post this reviews, even though I live in this town. My PO box key is not woking and I was been there 5 times in a week. Nobody take care even though Super. Every time I was been there they just told me The box will be fix it out and be ok,however it was nothing changing!! What the Hell!! Honestly, I do not want to the one star either!!!

Once again, ridgefield usps didn't meet expected delivery date of my package. Tracking shows my package is available for pick up at palisades park. Went there to pick it up myself and the worker there says it's in ridgefield. Looks like both ridgefield and palisades park is working hard together to bring the shittiest delivery service to their residents. It sucks to live in a neighborhood where usps can't even do their job right.

everday i see wrong mail box. now dealing my own lost package order something from Ebay day delivery usps i was home when i recevied sound frm ebay package arrive l went out side check the box, there is nothing.... stupid people start working USPS even post office samething they way from professionalism!!!!!!!!!! before never ever l see anything like that l see post person out side they look like dummy sorry for my word .....

Post man didn't attempt to deliver the package. We are are expecting the delivery, and still working in my office with 4 persons. I tracked the package. They made lies "the delivery was attempted 1 hour ago, no one was there, the notice posted,...reschedule delivery, come and pick up in post office..."  All were lying. I am wondering how the manager or office educate the delivery person. This is not the first time. Many times happened before.

dont lie about attempting to send a package, I was at my apartment all day and saw no signs of a attempted delivery also no notice was left about it , claiming there was no safe location available that doesnt even make sense. I've never had trouble with receiving a package and there shouldnt be a problem.
