I love my post office. When I pickup mail from my p.o. box or purchase supplies, I am greeted with a smile.  I like the rep. with the beautiful long nails she is always nice and patient.

Disgraceful. The employees are always in a bad mood and have an attitude. Almost always a line. Expect to wait anywhere from 15-30 minutes.

Worst customer service! This one lady with Dragon acrylic tips, has a nasty attitude, even if you're polite. I heard yell at one woman saying "figure it out, get off the line.. you're holding the line" i get it... This isn't FedEx, but the post office says they're losing$$$. Well take a look at your "people service" skills.
