I have repeatedly asked them to deliver packages around back, I've even put a sign on my mailbox, but the concept seems too tough to understand. I live downtown in the south hill neighborhood, with a homeless shelter down the road. To date, TEN packages have been stolen from my porch, set where everyone who walks down the road can see them. It's getting ridiculous. And expensive.

My favorite post office. Everyone is always so nice when I stop in and I love that they are open until 8:00 pm Mon.-Fri. It is so convenient!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!! Recently I put my mail on hold before I left for 2 weeks. When I got home I discovered from my neighbor that the postman continued to stuff my mail and small packages into my box until it popped out the back door and was hanging out the back. She came over and collected my mail DAILY after that. What moron would continue to put mail in an overstuffed box and not think maybe someone put a hold on their mail...Gee maybe I should check on that!!! This post office deserves to be closed and I hope they will quit waisting my money on paychecks to you sorry people who work there. I would give you a ZERO but that isn't a selection!!! POSTMASTER...I am ashamed of you and your sorry service. You and your people are a disgrace in your job. So easy for you to ignore my complaint too, since calling there does not get a human to talk to. How convenient for you to continue getting paid too much for the sad and sorry service you provide. Your overall rating is 2.7 I see. I could believe .027 maybe but anything over zero is way too generous. Check it out, if you even care enough to. My hold confirmation #CAH273876500.
