I won't return to this post office anymore. The lines are usually long when I'm there and the workers are rude. That seems to be the case with a lot of post offices, but other post offices at least deliver my packages in a timely manner. I mailed a package (3-day Priority Mail) at this post office early yesterday morning. The package is still in "acceptance" status 24 hours later. Unacceptable. Now my package won't arrive in time and at this point I wouldn't be surprised if it gets "lost." Every other post office I've used always sends my packages to the distribution within 8 hours, even on Saturdays and even if I don't ship it til nearly closing time.

Lost at least two packages over a span of 4 years; USPS marked them as delivered when they weren't. Filed a police report for one of the packages which was lost just a few days ago. Also gotten my neighbors mail even though the address was clearly printed. Update: After the next business day, USPS eventually was able to locate the lost package and delivered it, though this doesn't change the fact that their own report confirming mail delivery, technically has the wrong date (because the package was late). Notified local Police whom closed out my case. Two stars max (formerly from one star).

I live on a third floor!! If you do not want to work, just stay at home.... but the packages have to be delivered to the apartment door... Do not leave notes in my apartment buildings mailbox. if you do not want to walk for the stairs to leave my package... look for another job

Pretty sure the people in back who sort the mail can't read. I'm constantly getting other peoples mail. The postman shows up at all hours of the day latest I've seen was eight at night but yet packages never arrive on time.

I've read some negative comments about this post office, but everything I have seen has been positive. My community mailbox broke and I have been visiting this post office on a regular basis for the past two weeks to get my mail. The staff has been very helpful, not only to me, but to everyone else as far as I can see. They offer advice and options that are indicative of good customer service.
